Jingning-Wencheng Expressway is a part of Liyang-Ningde (G4012) National Highway, as well as a part of the one link Longyou-Lishui-Wenzhou Expressway in the two vertical, two horizontal, eighteen connected, three winding and three channels expressway network planned by Zhejiang Province, playing an important role in the national and regional highway network.
