The Tian Yong section of Yinchuan-Baise Expressway (G69) starts from Tianshuibao Town, Huanxian County, Qingyang City in the north, passes through Qingcheng, Heshui and Ningxian, and finally arrives at Yonghe Town, Zhengning county. The total length of the project is 304 km, and the total budget investment is 33.526 billion yuan. The 18 sets of standard movable suspended scaffolding provided by Xingtu present a bright blue landscape in the project construction.
