On June 4, 2021, nearly 150 teachers and students of Engineering Cost Specialty of Jiaxing Nanyang Polytechnic Institute came to Xingtu for visit. The teachers of the college said that the visit to Xingtu bridge, a highly professional bridge construction service enterprise, would help students expand their knowledge and help them better plan their career development in the future. Xingtu bridge also wanted to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, so as to lay a foundation for introducing more professionals in the future.

This activity is divided into two parts. First, Jianfeng Yao, the quality director of the Engineering Management Center, systematically introduced the overall situation of the company, including the company's resources, organizational structure, cultural construction, company strategy, products and services, engineering cases, innovation and R & D, etc. He also focuses on the development planning and employment prospects of the company related to project cost.

        活动的第二部分则是由人力资源部同事带领大家参观了兴土桥梁同渡楼的主要运动休闲区域，并在三楼文化展厅中，同学们都被数字化展览馆里各种多媒体设备所吸引。移动式历程简介、电子翻书台、触控一体机、数字模拟沙盘等一系列兴土桥梁自主研发的数字化展示平台，让同学们沉浸其中，感受到兴土桥梁在工程领域不断探索数字化创新之路中取得的成绩。

In the second part of the activity, students visited the main sports and leisure area of the building. In the Cultural Exhibition Hall, the students were attracted by various multimedia equipment. A series of digital display platforms independently developed by Xingtu, such as electronic book flipping table, touch screen and digital analog sand table, let the students immerse themselves in the platforms and feel the achievements of Xingtu in continuously exploring the road of digital innovation in the engineering field.
