Jiading-Haiyan Highway is an important section of 341 National Highway in national highway network planning, with a total length of 214.72km. It starts from Gangzigoukou village of Huzhu County, passes through Datong County and ends at Xihai Town, and connects with Huangyuan-Xihai First-class Highway. It is constructed according to the standard of first-class highway. There are 16 tunnels, 82 bridges, 23 interchanges and the proportion of tunnels is 36%. The total investment of the project is about 20.843 billion yuan. The cooperation between government and social capital is adopted. The specific operation mode is BOT + EPC + government special shares. The construction period is 4 years.
