Learning from the management concepts of standardization, visualization and elimination of waste in lean production of manufacturing industry, and according to the characteristics of bridge construction and the particularity of a single project, we carry out scientific planning and construction simulation of workers, materials, machinery, methods and environment before the project construction, and try to adopt the mode of back field processing and front field assembly to organize the construction as much as possible. At the same time, PDCA cycle management is adopted to realize the harmonious unity and continuous improvement of QCDSE.
