Job Duties
1.Responsible for R & D project investigation and preparation of feasibility report.
2.Rresponsible for the preparation of the project proposal, and prepare the project schedule according to the node requirements.
3.Responsible for the preparation of project assignment and the establishment of R & D project team.
4.Responsible for the work division, guidance, supervision and assessment of the members of the R & D project team.
5.Responsible for preparing the project implementation plan and organizing the implementation and timely adjustment.
6.Responsible for preparing project budget and effective control.
7.Organizing the review, change and modification of the project R & D plan.
8.Responsible for participating in the selection of equipment and materials required for project R & D.
Requirements
1.Undergraduate degree or above, major in mechanical design, structural design, industrial design, etc.
2.At least 5 years experience in R & D of construction machinery.
3.Familiar with mechanical and structural design standards.
4.Strong communication and coordination skills.
