Evergrande Yuhaitianxia is the first coastal living town project built by Evergrande Group in Ningbo. The project is located in Xiaoshizikou Block, Songao Town, Fenghua District, Ningbo Bay, near Xiangshan Port Bridge. It covers a total area of about 6000 mu, can be developed about 3500 mu, and has spent about 30billion yuan in overall development and operation. The total floor area of the project is about 2.1 million square meters, the building area is about 3.8 million square meters, the plot ratio is about 1.77, and the greening rate of the residential part is 30%.
