The project starts from the east of Miaoqian Village, Dayu Town, Jiyuan City, connects the completed Jiyuan-Yangcheng Expressway, intersects with Hezhou-Baotou Expressway in Miaoqian Hub Interchange, crosses the Yellow River in the Xixiayuan Reservoir at the downstream of Xiaolangdi Reservoir, ends at the west of Rentun Village, Mengjin Count intersecting with Lianyungang-Huozhou Expressway, and connects with Nanjing-Luoyang Expressway. The total length of the route is about 42.383km.
