Hangzhou section of the third-class waterway regulation project in Zhejiang section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal adopts the restricted class III channel standard, starting from Bolu, crossing 320 National Highway, Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway, Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, Hangzhou Ring Road, and finally to Babao, with a total length of 23.4km.
